Zorstec Fabrications Ltd – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all fabrication work, repairs, and purchases made from Zorstec Fabrications Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking work, placing an order, or purchasing from our shop, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• Quotes are based on information available at the time and may change if additional work is required.

• Prices are subject to change due to material costs or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required before work commences.

• Deposits for custom or bespoke work are non-refundable.

• Full payment is due on completion of work or at point of sale for shop items.

• Vehicles, parts, or goods may be retained until payment is made in full.

4. Custom & Bespoke Work

• All custom exhausts, manifolds, and fabricated items are made to order.

• Custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty due to workmanship.

• Minor variations in appearance, sound, or finish are inherent to bespoke fabrication and are not considered defects.

5. Repairs

• Repairs are carried out using professional judgement based on the condition of existing components.

• We cannot guarantee the longevity of repaired parts where surrounding materials are worn, corroded, or previously modified.

6. Lead Times

• Any lead times provided are estimates only.

• Delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of work, or unforeseen issues.

• Zorstec Fabrications Ltd is not liable for losses caused by delays.

7. Shop & Retail Sales

This section applies to all items sold in-store or online through our shop.

• All shop items are subject to availability.

• Descriptions and images are provided for guidance; minor variations may occur.

• Prices include VAT where applicable (unless stated otherwise).

Returns & Refunds (Shop Items)

• Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

• Proof of purchase is required.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-made or modified items

• Electrical items once fitted or opened

• Gaskets, consumables, or clearance items

• Items damaged due to incorrect fitting or misuse

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

Faulty Items

• If a shop item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or third-party modification is not covered.

8. Warranty

• We provide a workmanship warranty on fabrication unless stated otherwise.

• Shop items are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation

• Track, race, or competition use unless agreed in writing

• Modifications carried out by third parties

9. Vehicle Modifications & Legal Compliance

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all modifications comply with road traffic laws, MOT regulations, and insurance requirements.

• We accept no liability for vehicles deemed unroadworthy or illegal following customer-requested modifications.

10. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage discovered during work.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or vehicle downtime.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the work or goods supplied.

11. Customer Property

• Vehicles or goods left with us are left at the owner’s risk.

• We will take reasonable care but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage beyond our control.

12. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.

• Deposits for custom fabrication or booked work are non-refundable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
